About

D19 Hungary · 170 m² · Full renovation and garden redesign

Originally built in 1938, this villa was transformed from its original 90 m² layout into a 170 m² family home. The renovation reimagined the house for contemporary family living while preserving its architectural character.

The project included three bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, three bathrooms, a redesigned hallway with a new staircase, a basement and two terraces. We carried out a complete renovation of the house, reworking the layout and updating the interiors throughout.

Outside, we redesigned the garden, including landscaping and an automated irrigation system, and refurbished the original Heidecker fence. A new carport completed the transformation, bringing the house, garden and outdoor spaces together as one coherent project.

From structural changes and interior design to construction, custom furniture and landscape planning, we managed the project from beginning to end, creating a spacious family home that balances modern functionality with the character of the original villa.
