Located in a well-established Budapest building in a great location, this 125 m² apartment had been unoccupied for a long time and was in very poor condition. We undertook a complete renovation, transforming it into a contemporary family home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious hallway, a dedicated mudroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area.

The project involved rethinking the layout and renewing the apartment’s entire infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, underfloor heating, air conditioning, windows and doors. Custom-built furniture provides integrated storage and brings continuity to the interior, making the most of the generous space.

From construction and technical upgrades to bespoke joinery, material selection and finishing details, we managed the renovation from start to finish. The result is a functional, thoughtfully designed home that brings new life to the apartment while making the most of its location and setting.
